Do I need any completed qualifications to be an Educator at Habitat?
No, however, it is a legislative requirement that when engaged in the service, you are actively working towards completing an ACECQA approved qualification.
Do you offer employer sponsorship?
At this stage, Habitat does not offer employer sponsorship at our services.
What will be required of me if I am successful at interview stage?
You will be required to have a successful AFP Criminal History Check and references, alongside a cleared Prohibited Persons Check conducted during the phone interview stage.
I am currently living in another state and have a Working With Children Check. Will I need one for QLD?
Yes. A QLD Blue Card (Working With Children Check) must be approved prior to commencement.
What are your operational hours?
Our Educators work shifts between 6am and 6:30pm.
Do you have parking available at your services?
We have off-site street parking at all services available to staff.
